Terms & Conditions Lepak 44 — Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Lepak 44. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Lepak 44 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). The Lepak 44 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and over 50 other leagues), badminton (BWF World Tour and national championships), esports (MLBB, Valorant, CS2), NBA, tennis, and a wide range of other sports. General betting rules are as follows:

• All odds are as displayed at the time the bet is placed and non-modifiable after the bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be voided, except under the circumstances specified in the rules of the relevant sport.
• For matches that are postponed or played at a different venue from the one scheduled, Lepak 44 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the full stake.
• For live in-play betting, Lepak 44 reserves the right to suspend or void betting markets during a match for technical or sports integrity reasons.
• In the event of an obvious odds error (for example, odds significantly higher than market value due to a technical error), Lepak 44 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets involving 2 to 12 selections are subject to the maximum payout limits set out in Lepak 44's parlay rules.

Lepak 44 takes sports integrity seriously. Any attempt to manipulate betting markets or place bets based on inside information not available to the general public is a breach of these terms and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated software (bots) or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process

By Lepak 44: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that you are underage
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Confirmed duplicate accounts
• Bonus or promotion system abuse
• Requests from legal authorities

By the User: You may close your Lepak 44 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@lepak44.biz. All eligible outstanding withdrawals will be processed before the account closure is completed.
